I usually have updates at the beginning of every month. However, because I am a small-batch ceramicist firing at a community kiln, it is sometimes hard to predict when my work will be ready.

I don’t take any commissions at this time, but this may change in the future.
Most of my designs take several hours, maybe more, depending on the complexity. Although I may make variations, I don’t usually make the same design twice.

I currently ship only to locations within the United States.

There are two flat-rate shipping options through USPS:
$7 for USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 6 days)
$10 for USPS Priority Mail for (2 to 4 days)
Multiple items will be packaged within the same box at no additional cost. If you need an item immediately, there is also a USPS Priority Mail Express option (~ 1 day). The cost for this option will vary depending on package weight and your location. You can find final shipping costs at checkout.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates.
I typically do not offer refunds or any exchanges unless there is something is wrong with your order.

If you need to change any order details or cancel it altogether, please email shop@primspottery.com as soon as possible.
I am pretty good at packaging and shipping orders relatively quickly, which means that if the order is already in the mail, then there’s not much I can do about it.
